Course Overview

In "Nurturing Greatness in the Classroom: A Culturally Responsive Approach to Leadership," participants explore the work of being a culturally responsive leader.

After first exploring the theory and premises behind culturally responsive leadership, participants examine their own personal approach to their work with kids.

Participants then use this reflection to conduct a "Start, Stop, Continue" analysis of their own work to fulfill the principles of Standard 3 of the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders.
